The Chinese New Year is coming. Today I show you a recipe of a very simple dish, salt baked shrimp. Wish you have a healthy year. Always smile! Hahaha!
鹽焗蝦 Salt Baked Shrimp
材料Ingredients：
大頭蝦 700克 Shrimp 700g
薑片 5片 Sliced Ginger 5pcs
蔥 2條 Scallion 2pcs
紹興酒 2湯匙 Shaoxing Chinese Wine 2tbsp
鹽焗雞粉 25克 Spicy Bake Mix 25g

請改習慣不要用酒樽蓋去量酒，改用湯匙，因為樽蓋多為輕金屬製，磨擦會出金屬粉，吃了影響健康。
