i don't know it you read comments on older posts, however, I have been doing your yoga flows every workday morning for about a year. It's 23 now, and the older ones, are like this one, is the best I keep coming back to these.
This is what I needed this morning, very opening and refreshing. The flow was a lovely pace and very peaceful. I appreciated the reminders to play and explore instead of always being so precise and making it tedious. Helps me get out of my head and into my body in a childlike way. I appreciate you! 🙏💖

I love these classes, I find that as you have created more your instruction has gotten clearer. Sometimes I need to look at the screen to see what you have done.

Getting "on the mat" is the most important.
I found the simplicity (still challenging) of this one very grounding.

Great flow as always! One question: I’ve noticed that you do updog with your toes tucked under. I’ve always done it on the tops of my feet. So I’m just wondering about the difference. Is it just personal preference?
Hey Beth :) yes it’s a personal preference, I enjoy how keeping the toes tucked doesn’t break the flow of the movement and opens up the feet. But theres no wrong or right in my opinion do whatever feels best/ try both :)
