    I struggled to get on the mat today. When i saw this, i was so happy. It was just what I needed. My favorite yoga teacher on CZcams and i didn't find you until about 6 months ago. Love the fluidity of the movement.

    this was amazing!! please please do more of those slow, grounding flows. often times I don't have the energy for more but with other youtubers I find that slow flows aren't really flowy. I enjoyed this practice being more on the grounding and strechy side without missing the "flowyness"
