My thoughts exactly r with Mia. Your coffee maker looks almost identical to a Vietnamese drip coffee maker excepting the latter is more compact so doesn't make as much coffee as the S Asian one you have. But I need one of those too to add to my coffee brewing pots!

Doesn't it get cold when you leave it for 30 minutes?
Hi ma'am I have a doubt. When I poured hot water after adding the coffee powder, it got drained within 5 min into the chamber. So is this right?.. and if not why should we wait for 30 min?

how does this not taste light with the amount of water and coffee powder you've put . Also is there a way i can reuse the powder again ?
Not an expert on the subject but can say this regarding the reusability of the powder.
you can reuse it just by adding more water but the part of the power which makes it coffee is almost completely extracted. so it will not taste good but you can give it a try by yourself also to understand it better.

Decoction not concoction
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. czcams.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.

The burnt taste probably comes from over roasted coffee beans
The holes are so big, that as soon as the water is added in the top bottom, would it not just straight away go into the bottom chamber ?
Don’t worry it will not go straight to the bottom chamber. This is what we use in south India to brew our coffee and we never faced such issue.
Filter coffee is very dense. You need to add 2 heaping spoons.
Water condenses at the top and drains back down due to the steam from the hot water. Lesser amounts of water cycle through multiple times, so not just during the initial pour. The lid being on is critical for this. 🙂

If you press down, it will clump the coffee grounds together and not allow the water to seep through and drip it as decoction. Filter coffee decoction takes a maximum of ten mins to drip, definitely not thirty mins. Useless video giving wrong information

Bru is the worst coffee. Any coffee with chicory is totally waste. Any self respecting drinker will have 100% Arabica coffee and nothing else.
