    Ingredients
    3 to 4 tbsp Coffee Powder
    1 Cup Boiling Hot Water
    1 Cup Boiling Hot Milk
    Sugar to taste
    South Indian Filter Coffee - Filter Kaapi | Degree Coffee is prepared using a special filter, which is used to brew a concentrated coffee decoction, which is then mixed with frothy hot milk & sugar to create a perfect cup of coffee. It is traditionally served in a Dabarah and Tumbler.
    In todays time when there are coffee shops in every nook and corner, in my opinion nothing to beat traditional ethic coffee! So, start your day or sit back and relax after a long day with this amazing cup of coffee!!

      Yes of course you can store the decoction for a day... do not heat the decoction but just pour boiling milk to the decoction so that it’s still hot... heating the decoction changes its taste... but, I must mention that fresh always tastes better!

    • @MasalaKorb
      @MasalaKorb  Před 3 lety +3

      The water will percolate down slowly depending on the filter size, quantity of powder placed, the grain size of the coffee powder & also don’t forget to tap it with the plunger. If you have put less coffee powder, it percolates quickly & the decoction is very thin. Please do check my detailed blog post where I have also answered a few questions…Hope this helps! Thank you!
