As a non-Indian this was nevertheless a very helpful and well done video. In a lot of cold weather places in the US we use heavy cream in coffee for much the same reason you use the buffalo milk. Some people look down on that but I find coffee with cow's milk too watery as Mr> Bhat said. I would like to try the filter coffee with Buffalo milk one day if given the chance.
do you specifically get buffalo milk in the US ? if so kindly let me know too i live in north America and I really wanted to try buffalo milk for a while

But after watching your video and tried with the tips you told ( heating the filter, adding sugar, boiling the water only upto 91 degree , how to boil the milk...its all great tips and today I tasted the best ever filter coffee I made so far. I brew my coffee in a coffee maker and add a tsp of instant and absolutely relish my coffee in the early hours of the morning while everyone is still asleep.
