The MR2 is looking brilliant! It absolutely has a gen.1 Acura NSX vibe to it - the body dimensions, the staggered wheel sizing, and even the colour, are on point! Keep doing what you do!

The best-looking Mr. 2 I've seen in a long time - and I'm old, so I've seen quite a few over the… er… decades. I agree with some of the others - I don't generally like white wheels, but these fit the era and the car. Looks great!

Staggered wheels are completely period correct, all the big companies were doing it from the factory. I’d imagine that with modern tires that the handling dynamics might be more interesting now. It would be interesting to do a timed slalom back to back to see what setup is better. But, this is about aesthetics, and damn..it looks freaking baller

The turnoff from the 60 to the 79 is a great place to stop and watch the sunset. I've stopped there a few times. Gorgeous views.

The new wheels look awesome, Sarah! Definitely a great choice for the car. Those bright white wheels really pop against the red paint.
I hope that you might reconsider adding the lip decals. I personally think the wheels look perfect as is with just the decal on the spokes. In my opinion, the lip decals make the wheel look way too busy.

Sarah. I enjoy that you’re staying period correct with Mr Dos, well and the Ur Quattro for that matter! Love the fitment, I personally can live with a tad of a stretch, but just a tad, but yeah hella flush it has to be. Took me several spacer tries to find the right fitment for my ATS Coupe!

wheels look amazing and i have loved watching every episode of this build... your an inspiration to everyone building a project car to never give up. One quick note, the yellow spot on the tyre is where the valve should line up to give you the best balance to the tyre and rim

When you were busy with the subaru forester you could not stick paint tape due to the ceramic coating. Now you are ceramic coating the wheels and want to sticker them afterwards. Hope they stay on. (sorry if my spelling is not ok, i am from Holland but a huge fan.)

You want the skid pad centered under the suspension. The skid pad is the total area of the tire that makes contact with the ground.

Those wheels look SO MUCH BETTER than the old ones! Wow!! Definitely don't need the spacers up front anymore. Please, in a future video, just give us a quick look at what they look like when the new lug-nuts are installed. I'm definitely interested in that.

Interesting! Tom Mix was a major Cowboy movie star back in the 1930's. The place where his Cord convertible overturned is a sad memorial not unlike the place where James Dead died in his Porsche.
Don't forget Gram Parsons cremation attempt in his Caddy by his friends in Joshua Tree NP. There's a sad memorial there too.
