+1 for leaving the center logo as it is. The gloss finish lets it stand out just the right amount from the surrounding plastic, pulling the eye to it nicely.

It may take you forever to finish a build, but your attention to detail makes it well worth it. I think if you eventually find a build that is more popular that the sponsors would roll in.

Before you wrap it up make sure that you open up the ECU and check it for leaky or bulging capacitors.
This is a common problem and an easy fix.
Attending to it now will mean you won't have to take a long walk later.

I would leave the MR2 logo Gloss black, especially if the factory accessory came that way. The soft red illumination shows well in contrast to the red exterior paint. You can always return it to stock for whatever reason since you're keeping the oem part. Well done.

Definitely do more MR2 content. This car is pretty neat especially seeing how far you've taken it. Try an aftermarket mustang sequential tail light harness kit for a 99-04 - I think that would make things blink the way you want and with your wiring skills it should be no problem.

Another great video, Sarah. Your wiring skills are second to none! Those connectors you're using look like GM Weatherpac connectors? They're high quality and will last forever. Smart idea to put a connector for the fans. Speaking of fans...those babies are LOUD! I bet they push a TON of air. I like the illuminated MR2 logo in the back. Leave it gloss, as the taillights have gloss black on them. I would venture to say that you probably have THE nicest MR2 on the planet? Everything about that car is totally right, now. It's been an enjoyable journey, watching you make this car into what it is today. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the next chapter...

I like it. I was worried it was going to be really tacky but it’s subtle. I don’t think you need to do anything else to it. I do worry about the durability of an aftermarket part. After a few years out in the sun and elements, it might start to dull or something.

Keep the MR2 light on the car and find someplace else for the factory piece. Since you're keeping the MR2, maybe put it on the wall in the garage on the side where the car will usually sit, like Mr. Dos has his own parking space name plate.
