Yes, as a long time goat farmer- both diary and angora- DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are so beautiful BUT you need a NEW sturdy fence at least 6.5 ft high and EVERYONE must, under threat of death, MUST SHUT GATES! Apart from that, they are lovely and we have them for weed control- they love blackberries and anything you want to grow.

Chickens, peacocks and a cat are sufficient.

My no-fail method for catching and releasing birds that have gotten into the house (our cats used to bring them in through the kitty door so we have a lot of practice!) is to use a butterfly net and a feather duster made of real feathers. Cover the bird with the feather duster and it will calm down because it will think it is it’s mother. Really! Then gently slide the butterfly net under the bird and duster using the duster to cover the bird and net and take the whole thing outside. We have done this many times.

Elusive Nick’s father saying his father wore a bag on his head made me LOL, and then driving with the bags on their heads also. Steph, I think the chandeliers look better without the shades. Just my two cents worth.

Maybe you can borrow goats to eat all of the stuff in the lake bed but they will destroy all of your beautiful plants if they can get to them. So happy to see Hanni and Marie! And to have Maria back is wonderful too. Anders is such a lovely gentleman and the chandeliers are amazing! I can certainly see the family resemblance between the elusive Nic and his elusive parents.

The one that was removed from the dining room could move to the Wedgewood room, couldn't it? I'm sure Stephanie has a plan!

The chandeliers are fabulous, what an amazing gift from Anders. Great to have Maria and Hanni back, my guess is she will be reminded of that very nimble champagne catch many, many times! Marie and Philip with the trapped little bird brought back memories of the time, many years ago, when we had a small bush rat in the house... exhausted by 2am, with the all the French doors open, house ablaze with lights and armed with the garbage tin lid as a shield... plus brooms in hand, we were caught by the garbage collectors - with front row seats, they must have thought we were crazy! 😂🦘

No goats please. Kirsty is right. Goats eat anything and everything including socks hanging up to dry. They have no discrimination at all and eat the strangest things. You already have sheep which are far less destructive. Why don't you get moorhens and golden carp for the moat instead? Plant water lilies. Once the lake is ready you can get swans and ducks.
Those chandeliers are magnificent. So beautiful. How kind of Anders to bring them and I could see how much you enjoyed putting them together and cleaning them.
I just want to comment on how nicely you ask us to give a thumbs up if we liked it at the end. Too, many vloggers order us to do so at the start of the vlog before we have even had a chance to see the vlog and decide if we like it. You do it at the end in a very gracious way.

Never mind the fabulous chandeliers.

I completely love the new chandelier in the dining room, and definitely the dining room is the first room to deserve a Chandelier Upgrade👍🏻, but I have to say I was quite disappointed to see it leave the Wedgewood Nook😥, because it turned it into a spectacular Jewel Box of a room; it literally looked like it was made just to top off that room.

I had a bird in my house this week! I ordered a cheap butterfly/bird net from Amazon and two days later I got the bird. I kissed him on the head twice and released him or her and he/she comes and sits near me when I sit outside. We are friends now. And I had a goat and he came into my house and chewed the edges off my record albums. Beautiful chandeliers.

(When saying to replace the light above the pool table I had a slight heart attack as we have a pool table and the “shots” that have hit it by inexperienced players gave me a heart attack. The family resemblance in Nick’s family is absolutely uncanny! Still smiling from meeting them. Welcome back Hanni! Was just thinking of you the other day wondering how you were. Love the summer hairdo. Love goats but.... Yep, they eat everything. We had one that opened a door into the house and ate an ivy that covered a three foot round table. Mother was not pleased. Chandeliers are amazing. You do need a long handled net for catching flying and other fast things inside and out. You have Hanni for 🍾. Thank you for the laughs. 👩🏻‍🦳

We had goats the first years we lived in Bulgaria. We not have them anymore.
The milk is real beautiful specially with curcumin and black pepper.
But if you want milk they have to make a baby so you gone not have milk the whole year rond.We had help from me Bulgarian family because they knew how it works.
But its allot off work. if you want to have them in the garden they can't walk freely because they eat everything. Before winter starts you have to buy alot of food for them. We sold them because it's to much work. The people who shouted yes let them clean the shit for 1 month then ask them if they still wants to have goats. Ps they not smell very good
