Thank U Sir for UR a Humanatarian Lecture of Cancer Pain Managements.I request Govt.of INDIA to unleash restrictions on Morphine like opioiods for allopathy Doctors to avail liberally to help poor indians with cancer, TOF with CYANOTIC Blue Spell Etc.Almost all Indians Beyond Reach of Experts.Most people can't reach Tertiary Centers from the remote corners of villages please ?
