I'be been diagnosed with fibromyalgia a while ago, but recent discoveries have made clear that the glia show inflammation so some revisions of its classification is in order. No wonder painkillers have little to no effect, the blood/brain barrier doesn't allow the antiinflammatory drugs to reach where they're needed so the cycle of pain is neverending.
