I think your sub woofer connections are reversed i can see clearly in video please recheck the polarity of both woofer woofer and make sure that they are in same polarity

There probably should be a Disclaimer at 6:47 , saying that you should NOT solder things directly onto either of the poles of a 18650, nor any other battery with a soldering iron, as it does harm it and is dangerous. Doing it with a Spot welder is a lot better and safer.
(Just pointed it out for safety, it isn't intended to be a rude comment, sorry if it seems like it is)

The 2 sub speakers don't seem to be in-phase. Probably all speakers r randomly connected. So u donno about phasing of speakers. So u donno about amplifier circuits. I used to like yr vdos but u donno in-depth about anything i guess!
all he needs to do is swap the left and right speaker wires going to one speaker.
