The TTC5200 transistor used can handle a voltage up to 230 v so can we use rectified 220 volts for powering the amp?
Buddy a pair of 5200 and 1943 transistor is only 100 watt and maximum 150 watt(no one use it at 150 watt, because it can destroy the transistor). And you have used 2 pairs. It means it can only give 200 watts. Which is far from your claimed output power of 500 watt. Also you need to use capacitor of 10000uf for best performance 👍. But although I like your video. According to Toshiba data sheet 2s5200 transistor maximum can handle 15 AMP are and 250 Volt , 250x15 =3750 watt. this watt is for pwm signal , Since this kind of amplifier is linear amplifier so You’re mostly it will be definitely Hot, And the power transistor will burn in the mostly in official amplifier, Because the out put Speakers ohm is not match the amplifier, And remember one thing in market maximum this transistor are duplicate, In a official amplifier too much transistor are using because Not take pressure in only one transistor as a result And not burn easily, But this means not this is too much watt, Watt not depending on Many more MOSFET, Watt depending on voltage and Amp, And you are right for capacitor , You are definitely needed to use bigger capacitor, this is just a demo video so that is why I am using small one,
@@EtDiscover buddy your process of calculating power of amplifier is wrong. Play a 1khz sine wave tone in your amplifier and then check the voltage at spekaer inputs. Then you need to calculate the output wattage by W=V^2/R(Where V = voltage at speaker inputs and R= speaker resistance). This is the official way of calculating amplifier output power👍❤️
Your formula is working only RMS, not Watt . SE only Determine in class D amplifier, not for linear, Linear always dropping power. So that is why we don’t get Transformers full power in output, So definitely You need to calculate the rest power of dropping, Accept this you can put it Ohms law, thank you

4:26 if you worrying about , the damaging of your speaker at higher power You should use Large dc filter capacitor in series with the speaker so no dc current can pass to damage it by mistake .
