Sir i can use your (80rs)or {100rs } controller circuit to operate or run 12 v single phase induction motor in which capacitor is there or not
My exprience with the çontroller, which came with the ebike kit, is same. Neither it is repairable nor the new is affordable which comes without any guarrantee, I am not technical. Can you make one for me on payment.

My geekay branded controller is showing strange fault. It has total 9 connectors including brake light and indicator. I've used all connectors except these two. All functions are brinf done except the motor is not running through throttle. But motor is running through pedal assist sensor. The battery level indicator on head light is glowing, horn is sounding, brake switch is working, charging port is showing 25v, headlight is glowing. But motor is not running through throttle/accelerator. What could be the problem? Can I make an independent motor controller using your circuit and use the existing controller which have all other features? How to interface the two i.e. your diy motor controller for motor control and existing controller with other features like pedal assist, brake, headlight etc? Please help.
My fm crystal transmitter works but when mic is attach it does not give any voice or sound . it is very stable frequency my circuit is proper like diagram . Plese comment something without saying wait for next part or soon

Question, I'm replacing my ebike pcb board.
The replacement has 7 holes/copper rings for wiring. Bu my original has 6 - 5V, GND, SP, H1, H2, and H3.
The replacement has an additional ring for wiring labeled "K". What does K stand for in this case? Keyswitch, ohms, resistance? Can't find any information or diagrams online.
And if I solder/connect the "regular" wires, will I have a problem if I leave "K" unsoldered?

The video headline says "How to Make a 24v 36v #E-bike Controller." I absolutely didn't learn how to make anything. You just soldered pieces together and you dont have a proper list of items needed. Please in the future when making a how to video, really make it a how to video. other than that you have great knowledge of what your doing.
