I use dr brinners as well !! The dr bronners soap bar is a lot easier to use though so I use that and I think the scent stays on the skin better bc it’s stronger.

And I remember you said you were running out of ideas, I literally just had one. There's people who though they look pretty healthy, can't run for longer than like 30 seconds(me). I literally can't do any workout routine do to having really bad endurance and stamina. I can't find anything that helps with those two things. I actually started running on and off last year and I was terrible at it 😭 I could barely run for 5 minutes without stopping. This year I fully committed to it. I’ve been running for 4 months & my pace has improved to 6 mins/km but I STILL dread running. I stretch for 15 mins before running, the 15 minutes are important and a must. Also i roll a tennis ball on my shins and thighs before and after long runs so i dont dont get cramps. Start your run super slow, don't sprint!! Give yourself the grace to be a beginner at something. Then from there, It’s all about consistency, you have to keep running and try to push past that little bit of pressure and fatigue you feel. I'll do a video for this, thanks for the suggestion but those are some tips for ya 😉💕
