I really liked everything until the end, "don't have routine A.D.D" Maybe let's not use a medical term used to diagnose neurodivergent people, as something that you want to describe as negative. There are better ways to describe the importance of something without offending an entire community.
Everything you said is on point. I’m a girl who gyms 3/4 days a week. I’m not interested in bulk, I like having a sleek, slender, fit, tone body (what’s commonly known as “snatched”) - so I do workouts that contribute to that look. ❤️
this is a such a great video. there’s so much misinformation out there that causes people to quit early or just go down the wrong path for their goals. hope this vid blows up to help more and more people reach their goals
Please make a video on how to stop eating junk food. My parents keep buying junk food even if i tell them not to and guests and relatives bring junk food when they visit. I want to have self control. Junkfood gives me dopamine.
You should be straight with them and tell them they are interfering with your need to stop junk food. Next time they do shopping tell them to buy fruits instead. Replace junk with fruits in the cabinet and fridge.
Bruh same, my parents always told me to eat plain and simple food but when i finally started doing that they got this worried look on their faces, filled up the jars with unhealthy snacks and insists on feeding me high caloric food
anything that keeps you motive, but start lifting weights if you want to gain muscle since you’re already skinny, you won’t get bulky unless you eat in a surplus, and pay attention to what muscle groups you specifically want to be the most prominent and focus on those. and feed yourself plenty of whole foods and proteins, you got this!!!
I'm skinny (underweight) I'm thinking of starting calisthenics but jump rope... I think it is for people who want to lose weight. Would you still recommend me to do it?

You can focus on as many muscle groups as you want, but this will depend on your fitness goals, the intensity of your workouts, and the number of days you're working out. If you're working out 2x a week, you can do upper body, then skip a day for rest, and then you can do lower body. Also, jump rope for 20 minutes as a full body workout during the other days...That should cover it all. Thank you for asking your question. I have time to answer as many 😂❤️

i really wanna have a strong but slim body...rn i am very very skinny and weak and i have a really wierd body shape....what do i do????
