Reminder that a lot of models have had cosmetic surgery so trying to look exactly like them is futile. Also, your skin type is dependent on your genetics meaning that using all the products the VS models use will not get you the same skin as them. ❤

The video shows great skin/self-care & makeup tips but to actually look like a VS model of the 90’s-early 2000’s, you’d need tons of money for regular cosmetic procedures, non-invasive skincare like lasers or peels, a nutritionist, personal trainer and most of all *strategic starvation* as it has been long since proven that all VS models had to starve themselves before a show.
I was expecting this video to be one of those "if you are healthy and happy that's all you need!" Videos but you actually gave good advice IN ADDITION to not only the good message of being happy and healthy, but tips on those too!

just remember looks aren't everything, I agree vs models are iconic asf but let's not ignore the spike in ed and body dysmorphia in the 2000s era when everyone wanted to be like them.. especially as women, the society keeps telling us that all we can contribute is great looks but we can do much more and focus on other aspects of life too

Thin is not healthy either, you can be a bit overweight and healthy and so can you be thin and very unhealthy! It’s all about metabolism and a balance diet

You can be healthy and overweight, or thin and healthy. It’s not a necessity for you to be skinny to be healthy because skinny can mean unhealthy, many models have admitted to not eating before going on the runway or doing a shoot and that isn’t healthy, why would being fat be so bad if you eat healthy, have good health and aren’t obese to the point it’s deadly
Umm well while I doo agree with you that we should not normalize being an unhealthy kind of fat we should normalize being fat in people that are healthy being fat bodies are very different and some are naturally thin others naturally fat what we should normalize is staying in our natural body and not try to change it or be ashamed of it
