the not loosing weight when not working out with a good diet is false information its the other way around with a bad diet and exersises u are gonna lose weight slower also the second rule with smaller plate isn't really healthy if u're eating only 3 meals a day
Try to make some lifestyle changes. Losing weight isnt as simple as calories in and calories out but you have to really work hard and change up your lifestyle if you want to lose weight and more importantly maintain that weight.
