Working in the NHS as you've done, I have had some pretty rubbish bosses/supervisors who were just absolutely horrendous and really put me off working there. That said, I've also had some kind and supportive ones.

Good for him, he lacks sympathy, and has no respect for his employees, Molly was right to leave, he treated her like she never existed, and to say she couldn't go to her son's recital, he way out of line. Hope she is more successful where she goes next.

Even though it's supposed to be an intense scene, between Molly and the boss, the acting energy they give to each other is funny to me, because I get this vibe that they've been doing this scene, and having laughing bloopers, lol.

That boss thinks that just because he's the boss it gives him the right to treat Molly and the other employees badly. In the end his arrogance and overly inflated ego not only cost him his primary asset, but also cost him an important client that would've made his business booming. Some people can't handle nor should never be in a position of power.

Got treated like that in real, packed up and walked out. For 3 days got calls to come back. Everytime i replied give me a meaningfull apology, he swore at me and i cut him off.

Groping and harassing her to go on date with him was just one thing else, her colleague Cara didn't think it was enough to get someone to quit!!! Disrespecting her opinion, tossing her sales pitch aside and telling her to zip it or he would fire her!!! Molly will definitely quit to support her son and call the police and HR on Mr Franklin, this is an idiotic, ungrateful jerk of a boss!!! Time for jail, sir, you lost your best employee!!!! It's best to leave your employment if you're are treated bad.I remember after I not long left school I got a job in a Restaurant The manager after few months I was at the Restaurant use to have a go at me in public deliberately But afterwards the bullying got to me and I had enough I had to leave because something terrible happened to me I told my mum and she was not happy.this shows us whatever Our work is we should be in a happy environment and not a unhappy environment

I don't understand why some people are scared of starting their own business. It is better to take a risk in doing it and reaching your goals than to stay at a mediocre job, continue earning minimum wage, and constantly be mistreated by jealous/ungrateful/self-centered coworkers/bosses.

Great video that boss got what he deserved you cannot speak to your employees that way he was so sexist shouting at his female employees and degrading them not showing them a hint of respect and he was so used to taking credit for her success that he couldn't figure out a presentation on his own so to everyone reading this comment if you ever get the opportunity to be the boss treat your employees fairly many bosses mistreat their employees because their old boss mistreated them when they should use that as an opportunity to be better than their old boss that man said it best antagonizing your best asset is basically career suicide

She might have stayed up all night to complete that presentation, but it does not belong to her, it belongs to the company and the company can sue her for any loses due to them losing that potential client.
