Fire him! He is sexually harassing her and his is dangerous. A guy or even a girl who won't stop speaking abusively in a sexual way, when told to likely would force themselves on someone.

When you work with people, you show manners. Especially with women. Once you treat them with respect, they do the same thing for you too. It works both ways, not one or the other. But it did serve him right to be rude with women. His mother didn’t teach him manners.
There should be laws against jerks like him to work at these places.

I go to a karaoke bar every Thursday, and the bartender and waitress are always there, and very professional, and anyone who gets too much in other people’s business gets tossed, that bartender has no business working there.

This guy is such a creep!!! If I saw this guy and he tried way too hard to talk to me, berates me like this... I'll be straightforward and leave there as soon as I can. Some guys can be so crazy, they are not "social butterflies" at all.
And after that, Billy-boy went back home to mommy, sequestered himself in his closet and cried himself to sleep while holding a stuffed animal and sucking his thumb.
Someone like that will never learn, they move from job to job once the boss catches on...

My outcome:
After being fired and banned from the bar, Bill was arrested by a officer who turned out to be the woman’s boyfriend. This resulted in Bill being sentenced to prison for ten years, having to pay a $10,000 fine, and receiving a restraining order from the woman.

And when he finally gets the picture, it’ll be too late that he’s homeless with no way to get back on his feet. That would be his cue to go kill himself

This bartender really had it coming, he wanted to date the customer!!! Bill can't take a no from her , his manager Mary had to reign him in due to his harassment issues over in the past!!! Should he continue on this path, Mary is going to fire him from the job eventually!!! He needs to understand boundaries and be more professional, yet less creepy!!

I say whatever to my manager all the time, lol. Our retention rate is so low that it's almost impossible to get fired (one girl literally stole from the cash register and they couldn't find someone to cover her shift, so they said she could have her job back if she returned the money). Everything that comes out of my manager's mouth is just empty threats. All bark, no bite. lmao so I do what I want as long as my work gets done, i have job security

That was one of the things that use to wind me up When I use to work in a charity shop quite few of the staff use to mess about on the shop floor with their mobile phones instead of keeping an eye on the shop floor.the barman in this is really arrogant

Great video that guy did everything wrong that was not flirting but I don't like the managers attitude either sometimes people meet through work sometimes as co-workers sometimes as customers and employees and there are many bars and restaurants where workers are allowed to be friends with customers it helps with the patronage keeps them coming back people spend 1/3 of their lives working work is how people generally meet people and Barack and Michelle Obama Met through work in fact Barack Was fresh out of law school and Michelle was his mentor so what I'm basically saying is I think some of your messages are a bit biased that guy wasn't wrong because he flirted with the customer he was wrong cuz he was acting like a creep

No he wasn’t wrong talking to customers but please there’s away to talk to people, you don’t have to come off rude and obnoxious nor did he have to be a jerk. I’m a bartender and I have lots of conversations with people but not once would I do what he did and this video wasn’t being bias because sometimes it’s not the bartender that’s doing the harassing it’s the customers so the tables are turned so you can’t say this video is bias because this do happen. The boss was not wrong she told him to not be flirting with the customers and really when your on your job you’re not suppose to be these day’s you can’t flirt with nobody really anymore without someone saying you did something to them and it not even being true. So he should have just done his job and just been friendly and went on about his business but he started out being wrong and his boss had already told him he had got complaints so why do the same thing again he got what he was looking for the door
