If I were that undercover ceo and I overheard that girls conversation, I’d make a recording on my phone or recorder just so it’s proof in case she tries to battle her termination and make it a legal matter! But that probably wouldn’t be necessary because there’d already be proof of the company card being misused anyway!
We had undercover visitors on my former job at Payless Shoe Source, I was caught doing what I supposed to be doing

As a person that does cleaning I dont like when people leave stuff for someone else to do. I mean it could be part of my job but it makes it easier when people work as a team Just like everyone else I have lots to clean

Also people like Becky deserved to be fired for the nasty attitude she had with the undercover boss and using the company card 💳 for her own expensive things at work. And no 2nd chances for you Becky . You can't get anywhere in life by a bad attitude , dishonest, disrespecting other people & theft so be careful about how you treat people around you because you never know how they turned out to be someday. A question, how come people who work at a firm do not know the CEO?
...e.g u may work at a KFC outlet n not know the owner since hiring is done by managers

Exactly, not only is it dishonest, but stealing from the company, like taking unscheduled breaks and or not taking the allowed time for them…. I used to be a guard, and their employees would still be in the break room 25 minutes after the bell rang

My outcome:
David continued to show so much potential for the company, that his commitment helped the company make so much money than it ever had before. Becky however didn’t learn from her flaws, leading to her to start embezzling money from her new place of work, which led to her being fired again, being sentenced to 2 years in prison, and paying a $10,000 fine.

Light sentance. Depending how much you steal embezzlement is a felony. No Fortune 500 company will hire anyone who stole from any company. In reality their career is toast.

Using undercover methods again, the boss Jose wanted to see how the workers behave at work. Receptionist Becky was being rude to the janitor, thought he didn't speak English!!! Taking advantage of the company card and her perks was the last move made!!! She will be fired very soon, no time for apologies at all!!! David met his true boss, things are getting heated soon!!!
Being lazy and treating other staff are unacceptable anyone can be anyone these days.I use to work in Retail And I use to work with the most laziest staff ever and they were good at bad mouthing other people behind their backs something I can not stand.we should be nice to everyone

Becky deserved to get fired for her lazy attitude, ways and speaking disrespectfully of the company she worked for. I'm glad David was recognized as a good worker, but do wish the video would have had him saying he doesn't want to spend more time away from his children and asking for a schedule to be worked out to not take more time away from his children and still fulfill his obligations with his new job.

This video is overly simplistic. It don't work that way in corporate America. The policies can be so tight that employees are always in violation of a policy. As a computer contractor, I've seen PCs misused to the point they bog down, can't perform work, so the employee can lounge as desired. Some employees are also professional "victims".
