Although a client wants her fired, her boss supports her; yet, because of her job's low income, she is in need of employment elsewhere. Will she be able to find another highly paid job and cover the cost of her mother's meds?

I agree.I use to work in retail and it happened to me quite abit arrogant customers or sexist customer being impatient with me I told the impatient customer if he was going to be rude I won't serve him and he quieted down.it shows us this video we should never treat anyone different everyone deserves respect.

That rude customer sounded arrogant, the blind date was self centered to the waitress, and Lisa got the job at Gucci and she will be helping her mother.

This customer could be professional with the staff and not be rude, he should have known her backstory but he threatened to fire her unless she was going out with him!! His power and influence will be useless when the manager sorts out everything!! This was a nice twist, she would kick him out!!

I have dealt with that Myself when I worked in the charity shop Rude customers or someone laughed at me about my late mum.

Coming from experience working in a restaurant, most managers or owners degrade you. Guess it a corporate restaurant. Corporate has standards as per law, little restaurants do what ever they want.

I actually like Michael better when he plays a decent role that doesn’t make him a villain. Those are fair questions to ask candidates for the rule, and that is definitely relatable.

I’m soooo glad the shop owner handled this like this! In sooo many situations the employer would have just fired her on the spot bc the customer is always right mindset I’m sooo thankful that didn’t happen I work in a job now and I have in the past as well where it doesn’t matter what really happened if you get a complaint valid or not, even if the customer lied, you’re gone your done your fired. It’s a really scary stressful way to live but too many business owners are wayyy too greedy and all about only one thing themselves and their own pockets
I feel like another plot of this video should've been Lisa looking into that doctor's credentials. With the way he hyped up that medicine, he has "snake oil salesman" written all over him.
I don't trust him either. Especially when he was rude to her and made it seem like she did not care about her mum when she could not pay for it.
