- On today's episode of Supermission we share the story of the professional life of a woman who is very distressed. At work, her colleague steals her ideas, and she doesn't have the best personal life either. Thankfully, things start to look up for her when CEO of the company goes undercover as a new employee and fires the man stealing everybody's ideas.

Wow! There were 2 toxic people in this story. Bill for stealing the ideas. Then John for saying making inappropriate remarks to Ashley. Jake was absolutely correct - John was a total jerk! I wouldn't do business with him either totally unprofessional.

She got rid of the deadbeat boyfriend and that was a AWESOME move! I am happy that she was greatly rewarded at the end of the story but it is a shame that women have to deal with misogyny in these companies.
It's harder and harder to find non-toxic people these days no matter where you're looking. The only value these people have is as an example of what to avoid.
She was such a likeable and talented person, but surrounded by parasites. She gave everyone more than one chance, then said: "Enough!", and meant it. The last jerk at least is heading for imprisonment. Couldn't happen to a better person.

Hello. Where have you worked? It happens all the time. Few employees give others due credit. In my experience, successful people use the ideas of other colleagues. Life is like that!

2. Laziness and dishonesty never get you anywhere.
3. Watch your behaviour in the workplace as you never know who could be watching.
4. Treat all women with dignity and respect, no matter who they are or what job they have.
5. Treat all men dignity and respect, no matter who they are or what job they have TOO 💜
With Ashley's official promotion, she took the liberty of establishing a new strictly enforced policy within the company; any selfish man who plagiarizes and harass female staff members will be fired and permanently banned from all places of work. The same policy was eventually applied for all locations throughout the country.

My outcomes:
After Ashley left John, he was fired from his new job three days after he was hired, due to him continuing to be lazy. He also fell behind on his bills, leading him to being homeless. After being fired from the company for stealing ideas from other employees, Bill promised to steal all of jake’s businesses, but failed when he resorted to copyright infringement, which lead to him going to prison. Due to Rob’s behavior towards others, he couldn’t find anything to invest his money in, which caused his company to go bankrupt, and him having to work as a janitor. Jake eventually promoted Ashley to partner, and their company went global.

Ashley was quick to tell the new employee (CEO) about her work colleague. I wouldn't trust Ashley one little bit. She seems sneaky. It is quite usual for managers to pass on other's ideas as their own.

Um. Gossiping about your colleagues is not nice. The best approach is for Bill to get away with it once, but for Ashley not to share with him future ideas. Backstabbing, which is what Ashley was doing usually means that colleagues lose trust in you.
@@peace-now, actually, stealing and taking credit for ideas is what causes colleagues not to trust you. If she hadn’t warned the other guy, the jerk might have gotten away with stealing another person’s ideas.
