Tina may have gone to Harvard but she obviously didn’t learn a thing about working with others. You don’t insult someone for their age especially the CEO of the company. Wow, is she clueless. Love your life lesson videos and your actors, Supermission!
I agree. All the education in the world doesn't do you any good if your attitude is hideous. Someone once said *"You can graduate from the most prestigious of Universities, and still be an idiot."* That applies to here as well.
😊😂😊p😂❤❤❤😅
She literally insulted the boss during an interview. What was she thinking?
Who do supermission always have characters that are called "Tina"
I mean
It is a beautiful name but it's getting old now. No offense
@@PKMNFan4664 Right? I don't get it. Even when I was young, in my 20s, I still respected my boss and my co-workers.
LOL 😁🤣His hair!!!
Tina thought being disrespectful to the other applicant and that youth alone prevails over experience gets a raise. Man, was she wrong. What a Wally. You never achieve things through life with an attitude like that. Thanks for the video Supermission.
Abso-fucking-lutely! Given *"Tina's"* attitude, How she made it in the company as long as she has before now is beyond me. Mr. Peters should've fired her before they left his office.
@@jasoncarpp7742 I'm guessing that she's the brunette
Even elderly can get a job no matter what age it is
Like that you said 'elderly' instead of 'old'.
I was in the business world, even when I was young. I have seen many younger applicants and new hires, some are amazing, yet some have similar views shown here. I don't have to tell you who kept their jobs. Attitude, stamina, resilience, punctuality and being humble wins with any age bracket.
I agree.
Tina may have went to Harvard but she clearly didn't learn about being respectful to others
Our secretary was older than, well.....!
She was awesome!
She could have been a trainer!
Knew her stuff!
This is how this generation is, they think they're owed something
I love the content and consistency you put out on a regular basis.
I love these actors, they are so good especially the one from Darh Blabb...
I only have an associate's too!
And Tina, you wouldn't expect to be interviewed by a *minor,* would you? Don't you dare try to guilt-trip Mr. Peters for hiring an older woman instead of you, just because you went to Harvard U and she only got an associate's! An associate's degree *is* a real degree, no matter how far below it is than a bachelor's! And you know what else? So are a high school diploma and a GED, the latter of which I got before I had my first job! So, Tina, no anger at Mr. Peters allowed! *Or* at Lisa! No blame allowed!
Great video ageism isn't just wrong it's illegal it doesn't matter if you're a boomer a Millennial or a gen Z and she kept saying she went to Harvard as if that means he doesn't have to work hard what does that matter every school has a name and no degree is a substitute for hard work effort and a good attitude if somebody hasn't gone to college Maybe they went to work right after high school and got four extra years of experience over you hard workers always get ahead at the end
Lisa's like fine wine, she got better with age. Tina, on the other hand, nothing but cheap beer.
"It's a (what?) world, boomer!"
Love these actors. Great show although I think the bloke looks so much better with short hair. Usually he plays the bad guy. Good to see him playing a different role.
Wow that is Michael vaccaro being nice imagine if he was mean he would've yelled at her a lot worse than that
Tina has lack of respect for elder people. Always respect your elders and don’t judge people so fast. Her arrogance and her big mouth got her fired. Happy that Lisa Got the job. She has more experience, is very kind and patient.
No, elders don't always deserve respect
@@blue_red_screenyes they do how about you shut up because I have a grandma who is an elder and she just turned 69 years old and I take care of her and help her and she’s been taking care of me for a long time so I gave her respect all my life for everything she did for me so if I was you, I keep your mouth shut and respect your elders.
Well they should they’re people like we all are
@@liamtobin7787 thank you bro aleast you respect elders
@@liamtobin7787 what if an elder is very rude and condescending towards younger people
That girl literally disrespected and insulted the CEO of the company she worked at to his face, and she still expected to get the promotion?
Wooow, loved this content and life lesson for those like Tina 💯🎯
Amazing content, thank you for sharing these awesome videos with us all.
Choosing whom to keep and whom to fire is the toughest choice the CEO must make. It will fall either to Tina or her colleague Lisa to get the promotion or the axe. Tina exuberated youth and hatred for elderly colleague who has more experience and still has spright in her feet!!! College degree will only do that much, a seasoned candidate will be the best choice!!! It's time to grind the axe, watch out!!!
Beautiful story and amazing acting!!
Their English is so clear , that makes it so easy for us to enjoy the video
Good job 👏👏👏👏
Nothing beats experience being polite and honest an humble
The minute Tina started disrespecting the other applicant, we knew she wasn't getting the job.
I agree. I can understand stiff competition, but this is taking things too far.
@@akshaymundkurit's how it is in a real-world you coming to unexpected things that happens to you but yet people who insult you never get the job and falls knee-deep into society
Instead she got herself fired
I love his acting skills he should be in a lifetime movie
I LOVE SUPERMISSION AND IT IS VERY GOOD AND AWESOME TOO
A person’s heart is more worthy of Education especially Tina
Why’s Michael’s tie so long?! 😅

I see Michael Vacarro in the thumbnail 👀
Couldn’t click fast enough myself
@@Addison8175 he has let himself go since he quit working for dhar Mann
3:58 This is the guy who used to be in Dhar Mann
The way she kept saying its triggering
Wow I did not know my favourite actress lea Thompson was in this episode 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
They should have a part 2 where Tina is homeless due to being fireed from multiple jobs for disrespecting people's ages and she desperately begs Lisa to give her a job, ultimately learning her lesson
The fact that Tina's only "contribution" to the company was that she was young is really sad. Everybody is young at some point. I'm surprised it never dawned on her that youth doesn't actually count as a contribution or achievement. It's also really sad that she looks down on older people, considering that she herself will be older one day.
Michael Vaccaro looks so much like Ed Roland from Collective Soul and Chris Cornell from Soundgarden.
I loved this video ❤❤❤
Nothing like watching your competition get hired while you get fired, Oops?
I don't think a lot of young people want to work in an office, sitting at a desk all day
Why is his tie so frigging long😂
Even though Tina went to Harvard ,she should be going back to school to learn to speak properly to others and nothings wrong with how old you are you can still get a job ,,wow that dude and his hair what's wrong with it 😅
Didn’t the ceo already give the company away in Ready, Player One? 😁👍🇺🇸
Just because your young doesn't mean you have what it takes or the experience to do a good job!😂🎉😅😊
Should not jude any one to you getting to know the preson treating other way we want them to do be cause love will come back to you
He made the right decision.
No sa this tina is so into herself 😅
I like your video
This is how the people from Harvard act like? We are in big trouble if all these young graduates act the way Tina does!!
I’ve seen similar videos like this before.
Narcissists - putting themselves out of work as we speak.
Just imagine in the future, when Tina has gotten old and has become that older woman's age! As the saying goes "Youth is wasted in the young."
She doesn’t get it. But the other lady does get it.😅
After watching some supermission videos, I have seen the actress playing a snob only playing nice down to earth roles. This us tge furst vudeo I came across where she us playing a snob. I have seen the blond lady playing both nice and nasty roles.
The Actress playing the snob has been mean in this video, a video where she berates a woman who just lost her Mother and gotten cheated on and had a divorce (Snob judged good girl because good girl didn't visit her Mom shortly before Mom died, because good girl was working as a Lawyer), she played a woman who was trying to steal her neighbor's husband, she played someone who put her Husband in debt by buying expensive shit, and then lied about it and then admitted it and said she was divorcing him.
Good parts she played. She played a woman who got cheated on and she found out Mistress had no idea she was the Mistress, Mistress thought she was the ONLY one. Protagonist and Mistress become Friends and both dump the cheater, LMAO! 🤣 She played a Waitress who got played by a fake veteran into giving him a 20 percent discount on his meal(He gave her a fake ID. A REAL veteran showed her his REAL ID and Good Actress was like,"This ID looks a lot different than the one the other veteran showed me. Good Actress and real veteran confront fake veteran and he is banned from restaurant. In another good girl actress episode, she gave a veteran a free grilled cheese sandwich and got fired. She didn't have a chance to tell her Boss the man was a veteran. The Veteran offered to pay for the sandwich and the boss was touched as he realized that the man was a veteran and his own brother had been killed fighting in the military and gave her back her job and offered veteran a job too. :)
She played a woman who got $2,000 robbed from her in church of all places because the villain wanted to buy a fur coat. The Pastor gave her the $2,000 from an emergency rainy day fund.
She played a girl who's Mom constantly criticized her and she was about to end their Mother Daughter relationship, but a Waiter talked some sense into the Mother and Mother saw the error of her ways and apologized to Daughter and they made up.
Tina think she is better than anyone.
Tina is disrespectful
Giovanni
She looks 50 (I’m bad at guessing age) she could be younger or older or I could be right
Yep, she's gotta be around 50. In another episode, she mentioned she was friends with Maria for 40 years. So, she's around 50. 😀
My guess is she may be 45. The freakishly young woman acts like she is 22 and a half.
Those that look closely for offense usually find it.
is it just me or is his hair longer
Tina is so disrespectful
Isn't that Michael from Dhar Mann?!
that is exactly what i was thinking
@@priscilla1330 In a wig.
Yes, and a fine actor he is! But there's nothing unusual about seeing actors you've seen in Dhar Mann videos in other companies videos as well. None of them are beholden to Dhar Mann or any of these other production companies. They're all character actors paid by the gig. Once they've worked with a production company, the company is likely to call them back for future videos before looking for someone new, because as with other kinds of companies that employ temporary workers, it's generally easier to work with someone they've worked with before than it is to bring someone new up to speed. Obviously, any of these actors would jump at an opportunity for full-time work in a TV series or a movie, but the reality is that most actors never get that big break. However, videos like these help them pay the bills, keep their skills sharp, add to their portfolios of experience and give them exposure that's more likely to lead to that big break than, say, waiting tables (although I wouldn't be surprised if some of these actors do work part-time as waiters). I enjoy seeing Michael, wherever he turns up. He tends to get typecast as busy producers or unreasonable bosses because he's great at bringing those characters to life, but every so often, we get to see him play a man who's a good father, homeless, heroic or a comic genius, and then we get to see what a talented, flexible professional he is.
@@mar4kl Other Dhar Mann alumni have moved on to social experiment channels.
Tina is so hateful. It is amazing the lasted any length of time at that company.😅
Sad this is the world we live in
JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU COLLAGE TODAY DOESN'T COUNT
Fire Tina.
He is from DharrMann😊
Let's have Lisa punish Tina as though she's her daughter.
Tina is so entitled. I'm a Generation Z member myself so I will say that in certain cases, I can relate with the exasperation with older generations, but Tina was WAY over-the-top, and never made a good-faith effort to be prepared for the interview-almost like she didn't know how to be.
I’m 1995 so technically under my countries definition I’m gen z and same here
(I’m on the cusp and don’t relate to millennials at all)
@@Wrldfait Being born in 2000, I'm probably early Gen Z.
I've seen the ceo from dhar mann
Tina would die if she had to use Zen X technology. And read and write cursive
Is it just me or did the boss a dar man actor
He is he played a villain in a lot of his videos
Just because you went to havard doesn't mean you know what your doing. And can work with other. Just because your young doesnt mean anything. And the fact that she is easily triggered says alot. How is she going to work with people with and attitude like that. And dont insult the ceo and expect to keep your job
Funny thing is young one isnt that pretty.
Tina needs twalaity check
why this man wearing a wig and it looks funny
Do better by with the hair.
To Tina ( the actress playing her) Go back to the acting school & if you can get your moneu back.
She irritates sooo much yooo😢
She’s always the bad one
Being sexist and ageist ain't goin get you nowhere
Based on attitude alone, I would fired Tina during her interview 👎
A good share of the problems we are expeŕience can be traced to the Hsrvad Buiness School. Asiðe from that, the dialogue is unrealistic and condescending. In real life people would have told overbarring entitled brats to go to Hell. And the exit line should have more of a tone of authority.
Boy has he gone downhill since he left Dhar Man 😮
I think Tina sounds like an entitled brat. She thought she knew more than an older more experienced person.
A Poster questioned why a young person would want to be seated at a desk in an office job. 🤔
Why is his hair looks like a mop head
Sorry she looks older than gen z.
She looks to be in her late 20's/early 30's, so she's either Gen Y or a Gen Z. 😀
