I’m glad that other lady saw that she looked upset and helped out and videoed him discriminating against her like that and threaten to take it to the Board of Directors. I’m glad she took the stand and stood up for that poor lady. Everybody just needs to be treated equally no matter race or skin color, creed ethnicity, religion things like that, we are all people no matter what.
I was so angry when he implied that her race didn't have the brain capacity to do the jobs in that field of work.

This reminds me of what happened to my Dad. He was a junior doctor. His supervising consultant refused to sign him up or provide a reference for him to proceed in cardiology- heart medicine. He said cardiology is for white doctors only. So he ended up being a family doctor- a GP (General Practitioner) as we say in the UK. Some 15 years later the UK government brought in GP fundholding where hospitals got paid by way of GP referrals. In the UK healthcare for citizens is free and paid for out of taxes- it's called the NHS- the National Health Service- the envy of the world.
Then that consultant remarried and moved into my Dad's catchment area. My Dad told his GP friends about this guy and they wrote on their hospital referral letters "I do not want my patient seen by doctor X." He lost his private practice and was in trouble in the NHS. He came to see my Dad to express his disquiet. My Dad reminded him of what he had done.

This hits hard. He really got what he deserved. He got harassed by the woman, another woman recorded his "private" discussion, and he even lied about the company. If I would have told him that he needs to go to church and to love everybody regardless of how they look on the outside, it might go against his beliefs but it would serve him right.

Realistically, I'd say Tom is right on the money. If he's gotten away with his bigoted behavior for YEARS, I'd say the problem isn't that management is just waiting for him to retire. I'd say the real issue is that those above him share in his racist, misogynistic behavior and thus don't care if he discriminates against Black applicants. As such, I'd say Tina and Sarah's plan could easily just result in the board covering up Tom's behavior and firing Sarah.

At an interview they usually tell you they will be in touch if your the best fit for them they usually don’t tell you their not going to hire you right after an interview witch was his first mistake.

The interview was not going well with the way the boss was interviewing the lady. Discrimination was detected at first sight and hearing with the way the boss was telling miss Franklin about how her hair was something that would make the so-called prestigious company. Fire him immediately
