This is actually a great example of racism cases. A few months ago my good friend quit her job because her boss underestimated her because he was white and she is black. She also got shamed in the whole office because her boss immediately suspected her for stealing it when the actual culprit turned out to be a man who my friend just lost her promotion offer too. She was so embarassed she had an anxiety attack at officeone day and eventually had to go to therapy. She filed a case against her boss and eventually won she actually inspired a lot of co workers at her office and I'm proud of her.thabk you for this video Dharr

Thankyou Dhar mann for shedding light on very real issues people face. I am not a person of colour but I could not treat them differently to myself. I know that people who are picked on & judged its not to do with them & more to do with the person doing the judging & at the end of the day judgemental people really have no reason, they are just deep down unhappy with their own lives. I'm due to have my first bub in May & I have been judged for wanting to be a stay at home mum, (at least full time for a year or so) Someone threw out the idea that making money is more important & we cant afford a child which is simply not true! My husband and I wanted this baby & its our choice to make, nobody elses. he is a precious gift & we can't wait to meet him. I say let people make negative comments. They will reap what they sow & you just do you. :)

The only youtube channel both my teenage daughter and 9 yr old son watch together in repeat mode without fights is Dhar Man's. Lots of love from Chennai.. I don't have the guilt as a mom anymore from not being able to read them bed time moral stories as Dhar Man does it all. As a single mother, with this channel I've been able to bring up my children so well. Love to the entire crew of great artists. God bless.

i showed this video to my little sister because she was having problems liking the color of her skin. she's a dark skinned girl but i always see her coloring herself light skinned, or choosing the lighter skinned characters over the dark skinned. ever since i showed her this video she's been going around the house saying "black is beautiful!". thank you for making this video to show to all the people around the world that black truly is beautiful.

I like how the coffee at the start symbolises the video's meaning. He gets the black coffee which he heates and then asks for cream (which makes the colour of the coffee brighter). This foreshadows the boss hating the black models and asking for the brighter skinned, tanned ones
Or it could be that coffe with no creamer tastes bland and gross and adding creamer makes it sweeter so next time I put creamer in my coffee, just know I Am Not being racist. Coffee tastes better with creamer (to me)

This video made me want to cry. I'm a Caucasian woman with absolutely no tolerance for racism or prejudice, and this was so touching. This is so problematic that people, especially those who are in a position of power, feel it's an acceptable way to treat others. I'm surprised that Shaniqua didn't quit before this jerk fired her & his face was priceless when the boss of the other man offered her to be the new face of their beauty campaign. Awesome message! I couldn't stand all of those insults that her boss kept throwing at her, she handled herself well. He's lucky she didn't slap him after constant harassment like that, everything from rude, racist remarks about her name to her hair/skin. Black is beautiful. Ignore those who disagree! Right .My cousins are always criticizing me about my skin color even though I am not black but light brown skinned. But i am quite satisficed with my color despite Asians obsession towards fair skin. I used to be quite jealous of girls with fair skin.
