Reading books in prison brought me from an 8th grade Reading/ Writing /English level. To a 101 college level at my entrance exam for Community College.

Hell yeah, dude! My degree is in print journalism, and I've been and English/Language Arts/reading comprehension tutor for numerous ages for years now. I've also taught GED classes. I've always told people that just reading....reading reading can really make huge changes.
I am an English teacher I tell my students all the time read and it will improve your grades but it is hard to convince them, it is great that you have managed to achieve so much and turn things around good for you!
Dave is back more positive then ever! Nice to see man. You can just tell he has seen the light at the end off the tunnel. I have 4 years clean now and I remember feeling like that. Nothing could bring me down and nothing has sense I realised I don't have to drink or do drugs anymore. I love myself and it seems like Dave has really turned the corner. Good luck man and when it does get tough you only need to live one day at a time

Yo Joe, I had to come back to watch Dave's release video and this video. APS is the best example of a success story I have ever seen. The way you completely changed your life around and adapted to a platform that is hard to grow on and went to the top is just incredible. And to take people along with you and have them share their stories as well and to let them grow is just incredible. Don't ever stop Joe. With all your more recent drama that has happened with your wife and stuff just know you have over 1.2 MILLION people supporting you Joe. To put it in perspective, you have more people that support you and what you have created than the ENTIRE city of Dallas Texas. That is incredible and is something that inspires people everywhere.
