My bestie and I are on quarantine together. We have spent the last 8 days me coloring paint by numbers and her doing diamond painting( don't judge we're bored as shit). Every time we sit down to work on our "projects" we turn After Prison Show on. Our favorites are when Joe and you are doing a video together. We are still laughing over the hot nut challenge and I think that was the first one we watched when quarantine began. Y'all keep doing what y'all do because I know that you've kept our minds off this whole virus thing, losing my job temporarily and all the other shit that has come with it.
Keep up the awesome vids APS! Love all of these stories, it's really great to understand things from the perspective of someone who's been on the inside.

I am glad you are doing better Dave. I wish these young kids going to prison would realize these gangs in prison do not fuck around. I have someone very close to me who has done thirty five of the fifty some years he has been alive. He has done state & been locked up in maximum & medium federal prison. I don't know if APS has touched on it, however he told me one of the biggest mistakes people make is having the wrong tattoo before getting locked up. He told me he can't count how many times he has seen say an Irish man with say a three leaf clover tattoo been told, "you don't run with us you had better have that covered up next time we see you."

Call bs on Dave? The guy doesnt plan on goin back you know. Also ive been through similiar shit and it feels good talking about that time you almost died. I did get stabbed though, repeatedly. Either way the guy is throwing out his stories for our amusement or knowledge. You think you are street smart but it is very easy to "owe" someone all the while thinking you are the one making out.
Why? Did you watch the whole thing? He mentioned no names, didn't name any gangs, didn't name which prison, didn't name anyone or call anyone by name. Hes also busting his ass to never go back. So why couldn't someone see this?

They had someone on the outside find out where u were and told the bossman in the prison you left. It probably wasn't too hard to find out your name and once they had that information someone on the outside just looked you up on the state offender locator. Glad you made it out alive bro.

m not sure why I liked this story so much. ive done a little bid and can relate to the whole story. i think dave did the right thing. life isnt worth 100 dollars. they probably knew his name, got someone to look him up on the outside over the phone (i know here in florida a last name alone can bring up your doc page with picture and says the camp youre at) so he did have a legit reason to be afraid. they have ways to communicate from camp to camp. i would have done the same. dave, you did the right thing and i love the way you tell your stories and look forward to further ones!
