Thank you for this very detailed instructional video. I made my cup turner today. Now all I need is to go get the nerf balls and 2 size footballs.
I already have the 3/4 inch PVC pipe. 😎

Thank you so much, Dan! I'm pretty excited to have successfully built myself a single cup turner (the hubs helped with cutting my boards to the correct length and cutting the bar, but I did the rest with no injuries...woohoo). I can't wait to get my football arms and see how much having a proper turner helps in making my mugs. Thanks to you and to Heather for sharing so much with all of us!

I've watched a ton of videos on making a turner using a rotisserie and yours, by far, are the best! I also love the look - very minimalist but sleek and portable. I've watched some of your other videos and will be buying those tiny nerf balls to attach to the arm so I can use the PVC pipe I've already purchased. I just wish I had a drill press! I remember that tool from woodshop in junior high and it was my favorite tool! LOL
Thank you so much for sharing!

I’m having the same trouble. I can get the neck of the bottle taped tight to the pvc cap. I use a pvc cap with a hole drilled in it rather than the little nerf balls since I use the 1/2 inch pvc for bottles, then wrap some tape around the metal stick at the other end to make the stick sit nice and tight but the inside of the bottle is wider so it doesn’t turn level. Help!
