Congratulations on your competition, Nick, and for another great episode! Always appreciate that your honest and vulnerable without making others feel inadequate for their differences. And love that you shared your workout plan/split moving forward too. It helps skinny little guys like me who are just getting started 😁 Excited to keep listening and learning!
Nick, we've met before and you're a really trustworthy guy. If you say you're natural, I believe it. You work your ass off and stick to your word with your commitments. You're not stupid, you wouldn't lie to your following and risk your personal brand and reputation, and especially you wouldn't risk BPN.
In total honesty. You knew this is the downfall of bodybuilding. You will not have normal relationships or a normal "family" you will need to sacrifice the fun things in life. Going into this you and your wife should have communicated this and came to an understanding that this will happen and we just gotta work through it bc it's temporary. If you didn't have those conversations and that mindset beforehand then that's selfish and wrong of you. You knew going into this that what you're going through WILL happen
Just starting the episode, but I’m going to guess that Nick will say that training for performance is more healthy. I tend to agree, although taking either of them to elite levels is probably not great for health. Our bodies are designed to compensate to higher levels of stress/performance needs (e.g., a 4-min mile won’t make the human heart explode), but it can’t function below certain levels of body fat.
Aye nick thanks for inspiring me to get into fitness my cousin used you to inspired him he was fat at one point and got skinny snd got big so much love keep up the hard work ❤
You should speak with Greg Doucette. I know he said he has reached out to you and offered help. I think you guys could make Great content and actually hit it off.
Nick, as I watched the video from your past, how can you even count cals or diet for a show. I have an eating disorder (bed) and I can’t track cals it just triggers
kudos for being brutally honest.

Facts. Like marrying a musician and later complaining when they go on tour.

Keep going nick, you're inspiring us all!
You did the cut wrong Nick. NO need to keep cutting calories and run so much when you’re already at 7.5% man

Maybe this is why you can’t sleep man. Adding extra carbs perhaps to 215 grams is not going to make you gain weight
Only 29k subs. Lol
