In my area people are throwing trash over the bridge of the way to the airport road to Ikeja, constantly.
The Lagos State government should mandate all local governments to clear all blocked drainages. They should make it so that they do not get any allocations if they do not clear their drainages. At least that would guarantee they are working and prevent flooding.
