This man is being smarter by half . A govt. that clears drainage paths but will still leave the debris beside the drainages without clearing them. How does that makes sense?. Also, you construct drainages & you don't cover them up knowing the mentality of most Nigerians that an open drainage means an avenue for dumpsite for them.
While I applaud the good work of our media houses, I could see that practically all of you are having to rely on the amateur videos, instead of setting out with drones and your own devices.
