I have been using isolate from a year (,asitis isolate ,) it goes like this
Good diet
Extreme workout
And minimum 7 hours of sleep for muscle repair
That's is the way how it works ,dont think just eating isolate will give you abs ,,that's just stupid ,as soon as your extreme workout gets over ,a scoop of isolate and then your diet
Remember guys body is made in the kitchen not in the gym ,,in the gym your breaking your muscles ,,,and to repair that you need nutrition,,I was 94 it got me down to 72 and I lost all body fat not muscle ,,,hope this helps ,,please go for it ,,you don't need any other brand ,this is just perfect which fits my budget atleast ,I like to spend more money on my diet and not my powders ,,

Asitis gives the pure form of raw whey without any flavor or digestive enzymes. Previously I've used a different brand's raw whey but that gave me digestion problem. But with 'As It Is' product, I haven't faced such issue.

Go for asitis Isolate. I'm using it's good. As far Foam concern it is more or less Equal to ON. A bit extra foam is because of it is without addictive features like flavor.
