Ingredients
500 grams vermicelli
cooking oil
4 to 5 cups hot water ( or enough water to cover the vermicelli )
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons of sugar ( adjust according to your taste preference )
1 teaspoon cardamom and saffron mixture
2 tablespoons date syrup ( optional )
4 eggs
salt and black pepper to taste
