XCOM Chimerian Squadron - Episode 40?!!

Hello again.
Instead of speaking about the events of this episode - which are about as interesting as you'd expect after 40 boring episodes - I'll talk about something else.
So, here it goes:
- I've got a full-time job. It pays as much as Black Doom had kindness in himself, the conditions and community there blow with some mean force and I have to combine it with post-grad studies, but I don't have to watch out for bloodthirsty green camouflaged vultures behind my back for a bit, which is good
- I've played a game with Termy's VA in it and I share my opinion about her performance there after the mission
- I forgot about the alien alloy topic but restructure it for another talk
- And one more thing I wanna keep secret as of this moment, but it is directly related to Chimquadron's episodes
For now, however, let's continue the story you surely didn't miss!

Jared's story
====
For three weeks it felt like a rush. He needed some rest.
Thanks to Tina using her connections, Jared got a special access to a new psionic relaxation device, "Razuminas". It was surely welcome.
"Here you go, Hill",- that was Tina said back in City 31 to Jared and his proteges after they met together.
A long list of documents and some disks. It took only a snarky smile from twintailed woman for Jared to get suspicious. Tina did see him backing off somewhat, which caused a silent laugh to escape her mouth.
"That's what you should've done, Hill, but don't worry, I outperformed everywhere",- the woman said about the agreements. She managed to get in contacts with Bradford loyalists to broadcast the problem - that being the Dimensional Viewer threatening to scram the floor with XCOMs - everywhere: satellite network, radios, newspapers operational hyperwaves links. The most optimal way of getting to people they've lost contact to.
Jared slammed himself into the face - that was EXACTLY what he had to do. But he was too scared. His proteges looked in surprise.
Fast forward - there were responses. Rizona boarding, car travelling, meetings - Jared felt that Tina took control over him in almost everything.
He only had to mark people:
"Arthur and Helen: little baby girl after Wrath Seeker's pregnancy. Wrath Seeker going cheerfully insane as usual with bloodlust after hearing about the hunt. Kovarik seemingly hopeful about fighting overwhelming odds, but more connected to his daughter. Can't bring them in".
"Konrad Shepard: his offer was a scam by some fame-hungry troll. Location of the real deal is unknown. Young girl with me had a kick out of breaking the troll's arms".
The third meeting was supposed to be with someone whom Jared didn't really know on the Avenger - but the one who definitely knew a lot about it.
Hoping for it not to be an another goose chase, Jared had to prepare for it not to embarrass in everyone's eyes again.
Letting his proteges sneak away for some bite outside, he readied himself for an otherworldly experience.
After getting the special psionic program available to him, Jared asked Tina - just why, after being rather lacking in everything.
Tina looked at the sky behind a window and said surprisingly gently: "One was a child in adult's body, second a moody underachiever. The third, the oldest of them all, was greatly annoyed, but excelled in everything to support them. The girl lost them both - and she missed the feeling of being needed for quite some time".
Spinning around, Tina smiled cheekily.
"And there was a scared boy, pathetic beyond any belief. But he found the girl a depressed man that made her feel needed. The unlikely hero she wanted to serve with everything so that he wouldn't suffer. The only true soulmate - the one the girl swore to protect even if it could kill her and if they broke apart".
Jared's only thought: "Ferguson's got a truly loyal battle wife, damn...".
Tina grabbed Jared's hair and ruffled it a bit. "And the girl, seeing just how screwed this boy is, found a surprise relative in distress. Not by any blood, but by the feeling. The exact same one she had with her two other sisters".
"Older step-brother I've never had before - a funny idea, but the one I accept without any regret",- Tina only had to whisper it to get Jared uneasy.
That's how she considers him? So leaky that she feels sorry enough for him to make him her brother?
With these words, Tina wished Jared safe experience and walked outside of the room.
The device activates. Jared enters a dreamscape of vivid colors. Brain reacts with high blood pumpage, but feels somewhat easier. If this is what ADVENT offered their citizens, he could see himself being one of them. Jared felt relieved for the first time in a long while.
"It's great to see you, spawn of Krei'Purr",- a familiar ethereal voice sounded in both ears of Jared. All relief is gone, Jared tried to pull a gun out - but he couldn't here.
A figure, glowing brightly, ascends with a heavy dubstep influence.
