- This was an interesting couple days of duck hunting to say the least. My buddy Morgan had come up for the weekend in the hopes of bagging his first sandhill crane and with a big front moving into the area though we decided to setup a big spread in the public marsh in hopes of getting a combo mixed bag. We ended up joining up with a couple local guys that we met up with at the boat launch and after getting a few misses out our system we were able to pick off some close decoying teal and mallards! @@HokeOutdoors IMO handle your dog like you want to handle your dog. There are a lot of people that are elitists on "the right way" but we aren't all training field trial dogs. If she does what you want then keep her doing that.
