Man! I wish I was there with you, touring all of the exotic places that you visit. The next best thing is these videos. They are greatly appreciated. The lake reminded me of home and my dearly departed parents. Their house sat about 75 meters from a lake and about 10 above it. I spent countless hours sitting in front of the house taking in the scenry as a much younger lad. It was so quiet and peaceful there. At some point in the distant past somebody decided to build the road through the lake instead of going around the edge of it. It was shallow enough so they put these huge concrete tubes in the water and just dumped road gravel and dirt over them. I remember a couple of springs when the water level was sufficient to wash over the road in a couple of places. It wasn't so deep that you couldn't drive through the water hoping that you had judged where the road was correctly. Thanks for the memories, Ferdia!

Hahaha, you cracked me up how those turtles scared you. Thank goodness it wasn't a bear or something! I'm laughing now but you would die from laughter watching me freaking out from wasps😆Turtles are cool. They can't fly and they're slow 😆Love love love your videos. Keep up the good work and stay safe my friend! It's beautiful and very exciting. I remember I freaked out from facing the sheep in Sligo for the very first time while I visited Queen Maeve in Knocknarea. They were blocking my way and I was completely alone. I started to sing Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush to scare them away. It worked!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
