I did a bunch in high-school and college. My health from before then and after then is night and day. Moderation and stay away from pills is my advise that's all. And when you drink, eat food and drink water for Christ's sake. You don't want a fatty liver/ulcers like my brother and best friend have when you hit 28 which later turns to liver cirrhosis.
You're welcome, and be safe. Wish I'd heard this 10 years ago. I got lucky and quit early but I came close to having so major medical issues.

I know plenty of short girls at age 20+. We asians are (on average) pretty tiny compared to what most westerners are used to. Though I'd have to agree that often times, short girls are portrayed as too child-like in anime.

I'm a Japanese guy, who lived in the US for several years, and now live in Germany, and I know/met so many people like this in both countries. They're all waaay into Japanese for-kids entertainment (anime, live superhero shows, etc) that nobody in Japan over 15 cares.
