Forgiveness can be tricky when dealing with betrayal of any sort. I guess it really does boil down to whether your partner owns up to their mistake and is willing to do the work to fix it. Otherwise, you can easily become a doormat and sorry turns into an empty phrase.

It was a one time mistake. From a woman’s perspective, what if she claims to not want to get back together but is back showing affection?
This is tricky, she says she doesn’t want to get back together because she still hurt, but she still shows affection because she obviously still cares for you. Just because you cheated does not mean that her feelings will go away. But she might not be ready to make that leap back into the relationship with you. I say just keep Being there for her how she need you to be and she will most likely eventually come around. Just don’t make the same mistake twice and be patient. You have to understand that you put her through something serious and it’s going to take her time to heal.

We still have good affection and we’re back to slowly spending time. Sending flirty/romantic text. She’s hot n cold though. She’ll want me to Leave but ask me why I’m leaving lol. I was cheated on me we took a year brake and we got back together after it’s been a year since then but now he’s hiding his phone then has the balls to tell me that it’s none of my business.
What about when you and your partner take a break and you hang out with their now ex bestfriend and his wife because you wanted their oppinion.
