I really like my fitness pal! I like to use it for weight loss and to keep myself accountable! I started up on it again in January to help be shed my Covid weight and get healthy again! I used it years ago with great success! A food scale is a must to help with those portion sizes! I hope you have a great contract!

This is excellent insight on how crew members live in ships. Very fascinating. Could any of these tips also pertain to passengers? HDMI cords, USB cords for the tv? Sometimes I like to watch a movie before bed and wondered if the USB or external hard drive works on passenger room tvs also. Great video yet again! I always enjoy spending a little bit of my time watching a little part of your life on board! Thank you!

I am a passenger..I enjoy watching your videos knowing how hard the crew work.. 3 Things I would like to comment on... I also bring my Kindle since my wife and I are there to relax... The twinkle lighting soften the cabin from the work white lighting... And last the vitamins... Do bring enough for the contract or do you normally get the when you port?... Since you are in Europe, since Security doesn't like Amazon and the ports may not have what your want... Do you have a mailing address for people to send you items?
I saw some cabins before and there was only one tv available for two crews, but I can see that you have your own. It depends on the ship, or all Royal Caribbean ships has it nowadays?

Great video. Nice "inside baseball" look at crew life. As a cruise passenger for over 30 years, with more than 40 cruises (many of them long ones in excess of 2 weeks), I always pack a bunch of sweaters and hoodies because ships are notorious for being chilly, or at least having cold spots.
Oh my goodness I have an emotional support water bottle too! I get so bummed if I ever forget it somewhere. Lol😊
Could you bring a hot spot maybe and is hard to talk or contact family with no Wi-Fi. Do they keep Wi-Fi away from y'all just to make sure you work or because when passengers onboard it to hard. .stay safe.

I’m on the Carnival Paradise headed back to Tampa from Cozumel - the #1 complaint I hear from the staff is the lack of and the cost of any internet, good or bad. Too bad they don’t have representation like flight attendants do. 🇺🇦

There's no free WiFi. They have to pay for it so usage is limited. Personally I think crew WiFi should be free!!

@@carolineappleby2524 I don’t believe it’s a bad sponsor as many people use it successfully and it helps them in there health journey to losing weight/ maintaining. I do however believe there should be a trigger warning for things like this as it obviously can be triggering for people who suffer from certain eating disorders.
Some people can go on those sites and are ok. Others can't.
It does NOT cause eating disorders. It may help make an eating disorder worse that you already have.
“The truth is, there is not once single cause of Eating Disorders. Eating disorders are the result of a combination of genetic, psychological, environmental, social and biological factors. While use of MFP probably doesn’t cause eating disorders alone, it may exacerbate any tendencies that already exist.”
