Hi Jord!
I’m retired and watch your vlogs because I used to skate and always have loved it. You have a very interesting story to tell and it’s enjoyed very much.
I think it’s wild they could put ice on a cruise ship and love the mini Zamboni. Probably not a Zamboni.
I used to skate at rink where the first Zamboni was made and it still sits in that rink as kind of a tribute to Frank Zamboni, it’s creator.
What I’d love is if you can do a segment on your mini ice machine resurfacer and how it came about. I’m guessing it was developed for RCL to use on its ships. So curious as to the history of your little machine. 😊

You can tell Gab is a performer, so expressive. Shooting hoops looks like fun. Your day looked fun, busy and exhausting. Do the other skaters practice and work out as much as you do? Protect those knees with strength training muscles around the knee. I had a knee replacement, no fun - ruined it playing volleyball and from inflammation eating bad food. 😗 can't wait to see your other vlogs. Enjoy your bubble day in Greece.

Try running a 10 minute mile at a 0% incline. My hunch is your joint pain is caused by the extraordinary amount of stress your occupation puts them under.

Your meniscus is taking a pounding every time you jump! You know this. My daughter in gymnastics/cheerleading had same problem and is still bothered by pretty bad back pain. Body is not made to jump like you guys do! Especially landing on hard ice. Meniscus will be non-existent by retirement! Price we pay for no body respect! LOL Eat meat, not veg you'll heal! Try following Drs. Anthony Chaffee and Ken Berry here on CZcams. Amazing what just meat can do for joints. Beautiful skating Jord!!!!!!!
