    Ive noticed if i eat too many refined carbohydrates and sugary foods i get heartburn. I often need to incorporate fermented foods, yogart acv and mustard in my diet to eliminate symptoms. These foods are so versatile and improve my digestion.

    I've been struggling with what to eat with gastritis! My only symptom is a burning stomach all day, every day. This was a great start for me though!

    Thanks. With being a full time retired RVer so days are not so structured but there are days can start at 6am or 9am. I am trying to structure my days accordingly. It seems to be working. It’s funny how I worry what time is a correct time for breakfast lunch and dinner. I strive not to have dinner any later than 6:30. I’m finding that having a wake up snack first off. It seem to settle my stomach so that can do yoga or meditation time.

    I see you mentioned protein powder. Are you adding a protein powder to your overnight oats because I can't seem to figure out how to get to twenty to thirty grams of protein in my overnight oats without a protein powder.

    Trying to get off a proton pump inhibitor, so far one year in. My primary doesn't know how to treat eosinophilic esophagitis without medicine. Has anyone tried a naturopath or a functional medicine doctor? I don't want to take medicine to deal with this if possible. Being a cyclist riding three - four times a week, walking & lifting weights. I'm always in the negative with calories.

    One question please: is it dangerous taking PPIs like 2-3 times a week? Like 20mg…my gastroenterologist said if you do not take them every day it is safe..the acid of your stomach is doing its job the days you do not take the pills..

      Yes me too I had this for 3 month already the first day I wokeup I felt s.th is in my throat and most times I had heart burn and stress maybe too after 2 month I went Dr cause my parents took it simple it's not s.th to be worry. But to me it is so I went to a Dr it gave me pentoprazole and domperidone so I used it for one month 20 once night and morning and I don't have heart burn about 3 days that I have finished the drug but I still feel it come to my mouth but I must still be careful don't eat to much I think mine started cause over eating and stress🤦🏼‍♀️

    I’m confused on previous video you mentioned taking slipper elm first thing in the morning and dgl’s 30mins before each meal…nice! So you cut them off completely ?

    Still have difficulty swallowing because esophagitis. I don't know like it is come and go sensastion and make my body weight decrease because I don't eat much. It always makes me sad and anxiety. Like can my symptomp disappear?😭
    Anyway, thanks for your tips about meal prep for acid reflux. Sometimes, it also my sensastion that always comes at least once a day😢

    Please please try slippery elm root. Also can you please show people the heel drop technic on an empty stomach after drinking water and then the breathing exercise to strengthen the diaphragm straight after. This really helped me. I also found that cutting out salads 👀 yes salads and coleslaw etc made an almost immediate difference for the better. I hope you notice this and maybe incorporate the heel drop with the raised arm breathing technique. It costs nothing and is so easy to do. Plus it can't hurt ...
