Thank you so much for making all these videos! I have gerd and my doctor didn't really tell me anything about it, just put me on a ppi and sent me on my way so I've been trying to figure it all out myself and your videos are helping so much with knowing what to eat or not eat or just anything in general relating to acid issues that I didn't know before 🙂❤️

Hi Molly, recently come across your channel and have been going through your videos, really appreciate all the info you provide. I've been on Omeprazole for a couple of months but really want to come off them and naturally restore my stomach so i've been getting a list of items to purchase so that i can try some of the foods you've recommended as well as trying your recipes, banana bread balls, overnight oats etc. I just have a couple of questions, I'm based in the UK and we can't get the GG crisp-breads, as you mentioned about soluble fiber i was wondering is there something i need to look out for? I looked at the ingredients on them and others but none state soluble fiber. Also with waffles/bread do you opt for anything in particular? Thank you

I think girls are more open to trying new foods and more adventurous in their eating. Boys\men eat plain and unseasoned food. This is what is missing in IBS videos, a plain foods meal plans. It would be helpful to have some videos for younger eaters suffering with IBS. Thanks!
