I go with the cabbage too,the wire rack is a good tip thanks bro. I don’t apologise for the non traditional ways either , it’s about the food at the end.
Go hard brother. Me and the missus do ours by oven too. All in tin foil dishes. Comes out meeeeean brother. Love my stuffing and lamb. And the chicken... yummm! It's allgoods 😊 and that's right brother. Not all of us have that luxury of putting down a hāngi. For whatever reasons too. I'm 48 I love my food, which is why I don't complain or ask questions about how it's made. That's a slap in the face right there. You do you and the whanau brother. That's ALL that matters. Chur bro. 💪😤🤌
Thanks Gary. Very informative and easy to follow. The Mrs disappeared when you weren’t being shy with the salt 😂but you get that. I’ll be giving this a go today. Thanks again 👍
Gday Gary, living in Aus these days 😞 Really miss good home food & I’m going to try make it in ground. What would your recommendations be on sacks? As I don’t know what kind I may need of how to use. Tia ❤
use the white cloths if you can for the Kai, if you can't then just use cabbage leaves on the bottom or water cress then place kai on top then thoroughly cover the kai with cabbage leaves, then cover with wet sheets or sacks, then cover that with a tarp and then cover with dirt. hope that helps
BRO,I COULD WATCH YOU ALL DAY, KAPAI😍🥰
