They knew she was wasted. They offered to take her, and her babies home safely. And, she decided to DRIVE WASTED WITH HER KIDS IN THE CAR?! That's not a good mother. That should not be a mother. And, if I was the cop, I would call Child protection agency and get them removed from her asap. If she wanted her kids back, she would have to go drug and alcohol testing every day, for 3 months. Any positive testing and she's behind bars for 3 years. Too many innocent children, babies have died because of their impaired mother/father. Not enough harsher punishments at the beginning and they keep getting worse.

I remember how horrified i was about this lady who would leave her sleeping baby alone in his crib long enough to drive 5 blocks to pick up her husband every night! (This same couple would tape baby's pacifier in his mouth at night.) That was insane, but this is even worse! What is wrong with people?! I had kids young and wanted to party like women my age, but I saved it for a night I had childcare!.. when you think of how many people drink and drive and dont get caught, it makes you sad to think of how many other kids suffer through this type of crap!

In the province that I live in, the officers have teddy bears in their cruisers to give to children.
This is just a random thing but it's something that just annoys me...I have a handicapped placard and in big letters right on top it says "remove before driving" yet people still leave it hanging up and obscuring their vision. Thanks for letting me vent 😊

Arizona it’s just a question. Refuse u lose license for a year automatically on the spot. But then they take u directly to hospital where the warrant for your blood has arrived and they take it by force ..so there’s really no such thing as refusal ..just doing so stiffens the penalty

1:12:31 yes I believe the DUI punishments should definitely be increased. I also believe that there should not be a legal limit if you consume any alcohol, you should not be allowed to drive at all. Now that marijuana is legal for all purposes here in New York you are not allowed to drive after consuming any THC. I think it should be the same way with alcohol I know that at .08 I am far too intoxicated to be driving. I don’t drive after one drink because even though I’m definitely not drunk, my reflexes and coordination are not as they should be. I always think about it like what if a toddler ran out in front of me would I be able to stop and if the answer that is no, I’m not getting behind that wheel.
Why is a 20 year old with a dui 2 months ago still driving? In Canada its 0% alcohol in your system 21 and under. Plus for all new drivers for quite awhile regardless of age. Dui here, automatic year loss of licence, classes at your expense, huge fines in the thousands, then alcohol device at your cost once reinstated.

40:13 Yes they need to increase charges. These idiotic states that still have DUIs as misdemeanors clearly don’t care about their citizens. Here in NYS, we used to have DUIs every night, even in my small town. Once they made your 1st one an automatic felony and guaranteed license suspension w/revocation for any subsequent and felony jail time for any following unlicensed operations and/or DUI, we don’t have nearly as many DUIs. States like Florida that make them misdemeanors, even when ppl get 4 or 5 wonder why these ppl keep doing it til they kill themselves or someone else. Well duh! If you don’t punish them, why would they stop?
