Hi everyone,
In this video, I will show you how to create 3 waterfall charts in Power BI in less than 5 minutes.
I will show you why waterfall charts are so popular, as it helps to explain key drivers and movements, e.g. sales movement, profit movement, year on year movement, monthly movement, etc.
I will show you how to easily click and draft into the various waterfall section in Power BI, e.g. what to put into category, breakdown and values, which can be a bit confusing for beginners.
In less than 5 minutes, we will create not only one, but three waterfall charts together.
You will soon realise that it is way easier to create waterfall chart in Power BI than in Excel.
You will learn how to tweak the waterfall x axis and y axis titles, as well as sorting the breakdown and category to make the waterfall more presentable.
