12 Minute Yoga in Bed to Unwind

- This is a 12 minute yoga sequence (okay 11 minutes and some odd seconds) that you can do to quickly unwind after a long day. In the routine, we'll release tension from the head down starting with the neck, chest, shoulders, arms, upper back, lower back, hips, hamstrings and finally we end in a relaxing pose, ready for a good night's sleep. Hope you enjoy!

First ever yoga in bed that I did and this was just great! I don't know if it's normal to yawn during the poses but I certainly did a few times, so a good sign, I'm guessing.

Tugce Sena Gurkan it really calmed mine as well . i hv horrible panic and anixety attacks daily. i found when i started this it calms all of my senses. her voice is very soothing as well namesta
its amazing how yoga changes your whole thought process releasing tension, anger, worry anxiety etc. its a miracle.

Suffering from tonsillitis , Tmj and got a tooth extraction and trust me this relaxed me. Gonna do it every morning

My lower back usually hurts when I lay straight in my bed cause I have my pillows so high but after doing this tonight it doesn't hurt at all!
