Intuition is strongest when we first wake up because your brain waves are transitioning from delta to theta. Right before bed is a great time to ask your higher self for guidance then pay attention to dreams or downloads when you awaken! Loved the Vlog. I am a winter so our colors are close. Love that you did this! To be honest, I just assumed you had already done your seasonal analysis because the colors you wear already are so flattering. I also assumed you were a summer! (I’m also a summer and have been having a blast playing around with my wardrobe and makeup since then.)
I thought you had colour analysis long time ago, because your clothes suits you so much already. :)

Color analysis is trending in Korea, so I did it when I went to Seoul and found out that I am also a summer! However, within each season there are 3 subcategories: light/milky, vibrant/bright, and desaturated/gray. Finding your personal color is truly a game changer and levels up your appearance!
I got my colors done a year ago and it changed everything. :) I feel so much better in my clothes and more confident when I'm out shopping.

I'm a Dark Autumn and it's so helpful to know that. I used to struggle with lighter colours, but now I have a better understanding. Combined with the Kibbe Body Typing I've been making much better choices on clothing

It's so interesting when you mentioned that you had more energy in this months cycle. I also just got my period and it was the same.. I had so much energy, I wasn't tired and no pain during period. So happy for you! I was between light summer and light winter for you. I have warm olive skin (as a Greek) and it's so tedious to find, especially make-up. I have other priorities right now, so I don't really care that much, I have found a basic color palette that suits me and I've built a capsule wardrobe.

This is so important to me! 😭😭😭 my front two teeth have been dead also and I want to get the same type of veneers for those 6 teeth but I didnt have the courage because I thought all of them will have to be drilled down.. and I didnt want to kill my healthy teeth in order to make them "look nice". I see, its possible to do it like you, so thank you for talking about it. ❤ Now I just need to manifest the finances.
