RCE has been playing since the beginning and still doesn’t use the number keys to grab his troops, and runs around the map trying to gather them! Architect move.
Also he could have used strategy to get the towers in the right spots and income early on
To be fair, I don't think th game ever says that...

As a tower defense enjoyer... Seeing Matt focusing on defense in early than economy... Hurts my soul.
The higher your turrets attack cooldown is the slower it attacks. So +100 attack cooldown means it attacks twice as slow.

One day Matt will learn the value of upgrading his walls rather than dumping it all into cash flow...
I mean, that is a great idea, early on if you can defend by yourself/with minimal help. But yeah, later on it's kinda foolish.
i think the problem is he upgrades defences in the beginning, and then the economy. the exact opposite of the best strat...
@@notthatbad42 kiting early game can be very effective, so yeah using next to no defenses and going max economy can work very well.

To be fair, the berserkers leap into fights anyways, so it still kinda works? Lol

One of my favorite things about this game is the fact that somehow "two legged turtles" are absolutely OP.

I like that he gets the correct idea, "wait this has more health so it wants to be on the ground, and the bunker tower by the wall on the hill so it's safe" and just inmediately falls back and does it wrong.
And it still works. Absolutely bonkers
Well, he puts snipers on the front line, and suffer when they get destroyed when siege units come...
@@dovahseod yeah, he really doesn't seem to get that "slow attacking high range sniper" by design alone tells you it's meant to go behind walls and just generally behind.

If you hold “Ctrl” when you place units, they’ll hold position.
Then you can stick berserks next to a healing bunker tower, and they use their jump attack and immediately retreat for a quick heal!
Have you tried “Against the Storm” yet? It’s a citybuilder with roguelite elements

Been watching for years now and tbh I miss the days of exploring an engineer's day job in Infraspace. I still enjoy Timberborners and the PENGUIN spin off but surely there must be some other game that is similar to Infraspace, even if it is shorter or unfinished.
Did anyone manage to pause at just the right point to catch that lightning quick comment from the editor? I tried playing (repeatedly) at the slowest speed possible, and I still couldn't pause it in time. For reference, it's where Matt is talking about being on the front lines in his CZcams career. It's before the "only to yell at us" one.

Why was the berzerkers outside the range of the house/tower at 6 min in? Thats just asking for extra dmg, together they might have cleared more if youd put the units further back getting the support of the house/tower

They ahould add a command to bring troops to you... call it a call to arms or something so when a side is done you can pull those troops to your side.
Apparently you can use your number keys to already do that. He just doesn’t know lol

The reason why it’s not as popular outside of the USA is culture and cost. Where I live everyone (including iPhone users) use WhatsApp because they KNOW the message recipient would have WhatsApp.
Cost-wise, it’s simply unaffordable for most people.
With that said, the phenomenon of “iPhone = luxury” is not USA-exclusive. Where I live, people who otherwise can’t afford iPhones would buy previous generation iPhones, sometimes paying monthly instalments.

I hate it when CZcamsrs do these games and get the attack cooldown backwards and just absolutely destroy there attack cooldown. It says cooldown not speed so you want it to be lower. Read the lines for once
