@@akumulight sound is decent. So it's picture quality although it's only 720p. It's a great value but you can just buy a firestick and have the same effect on any TV.

Wow u had a Bloody Roar Game my favorite just bought this TV yesterday using it for cpu monitor and keeping my two year old occupied while I do some chores
So crazy how far retro gaming has come! Blows me away! Like the Raspberry Pi blew me away years ago and now its like this TV has a Pi in it. Crazy. Kinda like using a PS1 classic on my older TV here. But yeh so cool. Smart TVs in Australia still cost a bit. To get a 4k monitor u have to still spend $300+. Sux I still havn't experienced 4k. I'll get a monitor soon. And then an Xbox One. Awesome review man!!!! :)
OK the streaming thing was mind blowing. That is just so cool. I recently gave a friend my old old old 32inch 720p HD TV that I bought new for $500. Its just amazing what you can buy today.
It's $99 on sale for prime day but it's nearly done. I need the review to buy it now or take it off the cart. Supposedly there was a $70 dollar version that sold out. Both are 720p. 1080p version is a hundred dollars more and that's on sale. For that just buy a different tv. If I don't get this..it will go up or get a different tv that is 1080p. The cost is what excited me. After watching: My sense it's good for what it is but slow and you need someone like you that knows how to work with it to show you how to do the gaming or to use it in general. It's a great pick because of the quality and price point but not 1080p, a bummer. And you don't get much space. So I could buy it but could shop around.
Update: The offer was expired so decided for the same price (without a discount) to buy a TCL 1080p Roku TV 32S327. My old TV was a TCL but not 1080p...technically resolution higher than 720p like a laptop but not 1080p. So this was a better buy to replace the TV from 2012. Older TV will be of secondary use in another room. And I got 1080p. It was going to be more so base price was $164 but with $12 dollar tax it was total of $186. The FireTV was around 160 without the discount.
I believe it’s now going for around $130 “on sale” on Amazon (and that’s with them claiming MSRP is closer to $200😂). Thinking about buying it as a Christmas gift but amazed that this 3 year old tech is more expensive than it was years ago.
Hi, great video, even 10 months later :). Do you have any videos on how to move files to your internal/external USB drives - any software required? How do you set up the TV to autosave files to the internal/external drive.
720p shouldn't even exist anymore. It really needs to go the way of 420p. I feel the same for 1366 X 768. All tv's and monitors/laptop screens should have a resolution of 1080p at this point. With 4k screens being so cheap now, 720p is obsolete.
I got a 32 inch Polaroid TV a few years ago. It was cheap (under $200) and it didn't list resolution on the box, so that usually means 720p, or 1366x768 at best. Most 32 inch TVs max at 720p these days. HOWEVER I found out that I could do 1920x1080 with my computer. Too bad it eventually died and they don't make it anymore.
@@ETAPRIME Question . Insignia makes a 24" fire tv. Can these be used with a usb hub and connected to usb boards for arcades? I am thinking about using a VESA bracket and extension arm and extended out the cabinet a bit. Not width wise but so I can fit a larger screen in the front without extending the whole cabinet and using the fire tv from insignia to use as an all in one emulation arcade system.
